Wheels and tyres

Im wanting to buy a QX70 AWD but standard wheels and tyres will be no good to me because of where I live. In the winter I need off road tyres. What wheels could I buy so that I can get proper off road/snow tyres? 265 is too wide, any advise please would help

I have a very steep and curvy driveway and I run studded snow tires on the original 18" wheels in the winter and they are great. My infiniti is better in snow and ice than my 4x4 truck or any other vehicles I have ever owned. The tires I have Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta 9 SUV (265-60-18/)
