Priced out a set of CV3s in a 22x10 but the guy asked if I wanted to run a 9.5 in the front... Is that ok to do with AWD? Also 285/35/22 gonna line up on the wheel ok? I dont like it when they looked stretched. I also plan on ordering coilovers from zebra soon as well so there will be a drop involved..

Thoughts?

Yes, as long as the overall diameter is the same front and rear, you are fine. 285 tire is perfect for a 10" wide wheel, IMO.

You can run 9.5" in front and 10" in back w/ AWD as long as the rolling diameter is the same. But there's no point to do it over .5". I run 9" in front and 10.5" in back on AWD 265/40/22 in front and 295/35/22 in back.

With 9.5" and 10" wheels, you'd have to run the same tire size (285/35 is fine) but it would have uneven stretching in that the front would bulge more than the back. It would be silly and you could never rotate your tires. 285/35 is fine on a 10" wheel.

And FWIW, are you sure your guy offered you 9.5" and 10"? I don't think Vossen even makes those sizes. In 22", all they have is 9" and 10.5". You can run those sizes, but you would have to size your tires appropriately. Make sure your guy knows what he's talking about and orders correctly.

Yah that was a misprint on my behalf they are 22x10.5... I meant "9" and "10.5" ... Just ordered them all in 10.5, Now trying to find a good tire.. Got a set of 25mm spacers Ill prob need to get rid of now... Was gonna just run those with the stock 20s for a while.. Just couldn't pass up this deal..
