Remember this-
[Well the wheels I have been waiting for for 4 weeks finally arrived today only I ordered 20X9 inch and they sent 22X9 inch instead. The price difference was about 500.00 but since it was their screw up they said I could keep these with no extra charge.]
Well it keeps getting better I received an E-Mail telling me there were some more mistakes being made at the factory with pakaging and that I should check the back of the wheels to see if the 25+ offset listed on the boxes that the wheels came in was the same on the wheels.Of course not they say 15+.I'm pretty sure I'm screwed.I'm going to mount just the wheel to see how far they stick out.

I knew it was too good to be true 22's for the price of 20's.They said they will replace the 22's with the correct 20X9's w/35+offset that I had origanly ordred.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crossedlips:

I hope it won't be another 4 to 5 week wait!!!!!:ooh:

22x9 +15 will fit. That's the offset of the Axis Ordens a few people run. Sidewall bulge will need to be minimal.

265/40 should be fine. 285/35 will probably need some plastic trimming.

Forgot to add, are you lowered? If not the wheels will probably stick out a bit while uncompressed, it would be slightly compressed if you're lowered.

I was planning on running 265/40/22 Hankook RH06 tires.I would like to eventualy drop with HR springs about 1.3-1.5 will this rub?

It may stick out at stock height, should compress enough to angle in.

It's a 38mm wider offset than stock, stocks run 25mm spacers without issues. This is roughly 1/2" more offset but with the right tire it should be fine.

wow Thinice. Well hope that set up works for you. Seems like you have been through a lot getting your wheels.

If there's anyone who knows more about offsets, that would be Viet. Seems like it would work according to him .... Good luck.

Any links to threads with pics of 22X9 w/15+ offsets with 265/40/22's mounted?

Pics 22X9 +15 offset?

Anyone have some pics of this setup- 22X9 w/15+ offset with 265/40/22's ?
Want to see how far out they are.

Go with a 285/35. That'll be the perfect setup. As long as you're all season rubber, you'll be fine up there in Bear country. Besides, the roads are usually clean most of the winter, & they're actually in pretty good shape.

This is a 9.5" +15 offset with a 285/35-22. Offset is 6mm wider than the 9" +15. 285/35-22 on a 9.5 will have less sidewall bulge than a 285/35-22 on a 9". 265 is the safer size to go with. Finally got some shoes!!! - InfinitiScene.com

Again at the limits it is about the sidewall bulge, with no sidewall bulge at all you can probably go 50mm wider than stock and not rub.

YEA I GET TO KEEP THE 22"s

YEA!! I get to keep these awsome looking 22's:top:

Looks like the best tire choice for these wheels will be the 265/40/22 Hankook RH06 setup-RIGHT?

Thanks guy's now I can sleep again LOL.:top::top::top::top:

I dont think he's gonna rub at all with H&R.

+1, I bought 22x9 +15 and planned to put on 265/40/22 and have H&R's. I did a lot of research and someone did have this set up with no rub. I'm just waiting for my tires to wear out before I mount=)

Good to know

My 18's still have a lot of tread left on them also but I can't wait for them to wear down I am itching to see the 22's on my ride! I have one of the wheels in my living on display and I just keep trying to visulize them on the FX.
