I was looking at rims and they have 20x8.5 and 20x9 i was wondering whats the difference does it make with the width of the wheel being a little thicker. Also does it make a big difference with the cost of tires? because i hear 19 inch wheels are very expensive for tires.

I would go with the wider wheel, just make sure you get the right offset, depending on the width you get. As for tires Yokohoma Parada Spec X are great tires and many people on here recommend them.

Get the wider ones; wider wheels generally result in more stability and less tire squirm all else being equal. Don't get 19"s, makes no sense on something as big as an FX. And yes, 20" tires are usually cheaper than 19"s and there are more tire choices especially since you can't really run car tire sizes on the FX. You'd have much more selection in appropriate tires with a 20" size vs. 19".
