Looking at these wheels from a private seller for my '06 FX35. They are Staggered 20 X 10 rear and 20 X 8.5 front. Will I have clearance issues at stock ride height?

what are the offsets? They should be fine. If he's local, go fit them on the vehicle and see for yourself
 
You're not going to have issues. Depending on offset you may need a spacer for inside clearance. But those aren't very wide wheels so it's fine.

Are the tires included? If so, what are the sizes? The ones in the pic look very small almost as if they came off a car and not SUV.
 
I have 20x9 by 20x10 and i have no problems. I scrape every once in a while but then again my car is really low.
 
Went to the shop after work today and the wheels had already been sold. Thanks for the input, the search continues...
