What's Your Mileage Update?

I got 123456 on my 2009 fx35! I almost got 123456 7.8 on the trip, but that was unintentional since I had just pumped gas I always reset my trip computer when I do. 785dd22ee12e44c31eb9b8b555b21483.jpg

But don't forget your engine oil to check frequently.

I'm so sad! ...my beloved 2006 FX35, with 198,668 strong miles, was struck nearly head-on through a traffic light and was deemed a total loss. Since I could drive away from the accident, I thought I could keep it as a salvage title but there was too much damage to the core support. I'm now considering buying a 2016 Q50 Sport for $18K... Wooh that's crazy.

The pic doesn't even look that bad. It's funny how little damage can be salvage and big damage can be a cheap fix sometimes.

Surprised you aren't going qx70

Yeah, it sucks big time with insurance total lost on our older cars. Their justification was that the cost to repair is more than the car's market value. I been through the same scenario with our 2004 Sienna. The reason it sucks for me was, I was perfectly fine with our 04 and no car payment (of course). Some may take it as a reason for a new car. To each of their own, my 04 was babied and no car payment; if I replace it with an used 04 Sienna, I taking a chance with someone else's problem.

Thanks! I feel lucky and for the other car's passengers.
Okay, here's my replacement 2014 Q60! I can't believe I scored this car! Looks and feels brand new!

Last July, I purchased my 2004 FX35 AWD from the original owner with 166k miles. I'm at 175k now and it's running great! I love this car!
