What's your favorite coilover setting?

So when i get my coilovers and i have a shop install them am i going to have to tell them 10 clicks front (example) and all the other adjustments or do i just tell them how low to go
 
You just need to tell them what height you want to be. The clicks, and all that other stuff, are driver friendly. You can play with that later
 
The shop would only need to adjust height and front camber if they're doing your alignment. The damping settings are easily accessible on your own.
