Whats The Highest Milage on any FX

Wondering what the highest milage anyone has heard an FX have and how many miles do you have and how is it driving?? I have a FX35 gettin up towards the 100k mark and i wanna know how the engines hold up. I know the VQ engines are good but what about when the milage adds up.

I put a LOT of miles on my car... practically living in it!
 
112,000 miles this past month.

No major repairs, nothing beyond scheduled maintenance, but I have been modding for the past couple years so maybe a bunch of my parts are pretty new...


I know I'm not the highest mileage FX. I'm guessing there have to be a couple out there that pass the 200K mark since 2003.
 
around 120,000 miles for me.

No issues except for regular maintenance items. VK45DE is running strong and no issues and same with the transmission.

Anything worn, I change to brand new -- but I'm pretty particular =)
 
I have heard of FX with over 170+k and still kicking.. I think as long as you replaced old parts and performed regular maintance it should be good..
 
there's a thread on the org with a video of a member crossing the 200k mark without a problem...VQ doesn't scare people a lot apparently.
 
ya im very comfortable with the engine... never had a problem, and i maintain it regularly as well~ i guess i have to get a .org account

EDIT: I just realized you meant "K" as in Kilometers... My bad. Dumb joke. :frown:

^^^ You need some washer fluid. And gas ;). Just hit 60K on mine

Man. I was on a deserted country road going slow. Washer fluid tank got busted-not worth replacing in my opinion-never used it
