What would you do ? Fx 35 09vs11

so i purchased a 2009 fx35from an auction it cost me 34k . awd,premium package,roof 26kmiles roof rails yada yada yada, but it has no nav.
im considering doing a directus mod , which will enable me to have touch screen navigation$1500

or i could trade it in to infinti of chantilly for a 2011 fx35 awd,premium package with NAV that cost43,474

what would u do?

if they give you a good offer for it, by all means Id trade it in, work with whats in your budget

I would pass. The differences between the 09 and 11 are minimal and your 09 has low miles. Wait for the 3rd Gen redesign and hope Infiniti is a little more conservative with the ugly stick next time around.

A couple of thoughts from me. At this point, I would wait for 3rd gen redesign since its already mid-way through. If you need a vehicle now and cannot wait, then get the '09 and save the 10K. What is your budget? If you have no budget and need a car soon, then get the '12 for the exterior facelift and minor interior changes.

I believe he said he already purchased the '09? I also would wait for a year and just use a portable NAV device or I phone?

yeah im in kuwait now, gave a dealer i know some specs on a vehicle i wanted he saw the screenand assumed it had nav.
what do you think about doing the mod?

Do you have the 09 FX35 and a 11 FX35, your ride info in the corner says you have a 2011 FX35.
I voted to keep the 09

If it were for a 12 Id trade, But for a 09-11 Id keep the 09
