IMO the 20x10 ET+25 would be more aggressive and look much better than the 20x8.5 ET+20.
I think they look good.
I don't know anything technical about wheels, so i'll leave that to the pros like Sexual, but I think the consensus is that 20" with lip will look smaller than the 20" that are flush (like your stock wheels)

Those look good. They would look even better if they were 22's
