I just purchased 2016 qx70 and I wanna get the 22x10.5 Vossen CV4 they have 30mm offset or 42mm what offset should I get to get the best fitting wheel help please thanks guys.

Both fit, +30 will look better. If you lower it, +30 may rub.
And agreed that there are better choices than Vossen which is all marketing. They basically get the same Chinese made cast wheels as everyone else and charge a premium. Unless you really want that style of wheel, there are better options.
