Under this cap is a socket that is not connect. Maybe someone in the car there instead of the plug connector, or a bonus from the manufacturer

That blank button really has no purpose. It was placed there because the 2011 models get the power opening trunk, so that is where the button will be to open and close the trunk from the driverside. At least that is what my local dealer told me.

I bet it's possible, but could be very expensive. My dealer said parts for the power trunk won't be available until sometime next year.

that switch is the perfect place to put the switch for your nav tool so you can watch vids and drive. I have done that on my G
