What did you do to your Q70 today?

Just installed my BC coilovers took a few days. Front passenger shock bolt was seized to the bushing. Finally figured to remove the ending from sway bar and shock dropped out. Everything else was smooth and easy.

Nice!

Yeah Freddie, I'm breaking out my cheater bar this evening and giving it another go. I soaked the bolts in PB Blaster yesterday and I have one of those bolt extractor sockets from AZ. I'd just cut it off, but I don't want to have to order another endlink.

Adding a little color to the dash. I ordered a GTR ignition push starter button (red), expecting to receive and install it today.

How hard was the install? Did you have to take the dash apart?

I'm looking to get the 2008 thru 2010 white button.

I should have done a write up. But it was fairly easy. I used this link as a reference. http://g35driver.com/forums/m-spot/388725-gtr-red-push-button-mod-m37.html. One thing I did different. Once I accessed the back of the button, from the the open panel area. Look at the new button, you will notice slots on two side of the button. Those slots line up in an inner ring sleeve. If you are able to pinch those slots together on the button you are removing. It will slide out of the outter ring with out to much hassle. In the write up the guy says it takes a bit of force to separate the button from the outer ring... Don't waste the time trying to force it out. Just squeeze the slots from the back side and and pull from the top of the button and you'll see the button come out.

Doing all the fluids in my 04 M45 coolant all the way to the rear end. Before it really hits the road for any period of time a nice new paint job keeping it simple though staying a nice shiny black

Hello everyone, just getting into the forums here and posting. Bought my First M , ... So here is my first official post.

Ordered new , Infiniti logo mats, installed today. They look awesome.... washed the ride. Engine compartment cleaning. Checking all fluids . Just bought this sweet ride. Seems well kept. Installed LEDs lightship inside . Installed PA-NIS module for my iPhone 5 , easy . Works great . More work next weekend ,

Ok just Ordered a Carbon dash kit. I'm hoping it won't be cheesey looking but we will see in about a week from now. I just did the Navigation hack module so still learning what all it is able to do while in motion. it nice to atleast be able to input directions while on the go, or atleast have you passenger do it while on the go. Thinking about fiber glassing a small trunk enclosure for a 10 or single 12 sub and amp. we'll see and things progress.

Definitely sounds like you have some great ideas there! Keep us posted on your progress and post plenty of pics!

I plan on detailing mine today. I test fit the 370Z wheels and I'm trying to decide if I'm going to keep them or not.

Deecarp1... What kind of wheels are those shown in your avatar? Oh.. forget it! Just realized you customized the Vossens... damn what a perfect job! The Chrome lip was the key to making them look like they belong to the car! let me know when you are ready for a change and I'll buy those :)

Looking forward to seeing how that CF dash kit looks. Did the kit you found come with the doors panels? Everything to cover all wood accents?

The kit comes with pieces to cover the complete dash. I'll have the dash in hand by Wednesday. Thanks for the compliment as well.
