What did you do to your (OTHER than FX/EX/JX) today?

Yea! Infiniti has really come a long way in terms of refinement! The car feels like a tank! You can barely hear anything outside! But my FX was louder, so I might need to change up the exhaust! When the lease is up on my Maxima; seen in the reflection, I'll probably get the next gen FX (still won't call it a QX70)
 
Had some adapter brackets fabricated to install Porsche 911 seats in the S4. Such a huge improvement. Feels like driving a different car.

Finally got around to swapping catless downpipes into the 335. Had to get them pulled for emissions when I first bought the car, then sold the ones I had. Then missed the power so 2.5 years later, finally decided to put a new set on. No shops near me are convenient so I figured I'd do it myself. Easier job than I expected, but being an idiot I broke one of the V-bands holding the pipe to the turbo so now I have to wait for that. Going out of the country next week so the car will have to wait until I get back.

well, wasn't something what I wanted, but I broke a front driver side coilover hitting a pothole in downtown Houston.... :at-wits-end::at-wits-end::at-wits-end::at-wits-end::at-wits-end: the end-link went with it, as well....

Anyone know if I can get a single Megan coilver anywhere? Or anyone knows how to get about repairing the one I have? I know there are some after market members here, so please, feel free to chime in.... If I can't buy just one, I would be open to buying front pair as well.....
 
Going to change the oil on the Z finally. It has the Z speed undershroud, so it has the little trap door for oil changes. Looking forward to trying that out for the first time. Not sure how I'm going to jack it up, but it will be different than I do the FX.
 
Trap door thing is really nifty, and you can reach over it from the side to get to the filter no problem, as well as through the hole.

I also used the Mother's polish I got for the Glock and did the TDX since the previous owner kept bitching at me that it was dirty. :rotfl:

Did some work on my AWD Charger R/T 5.7 liter HEMI today.
The Charger had 38k on it when I bought it and has 40 k on it now.
Maintenance schedule for plug change is at 30k. I changed out the 16 plugs and by the look of them they were not changed at 30k. I found one plug loose and removed it by hand. Not being familiar with the HEMI engine I had heard a tick before and was told that this was normal for a HEMI. Tick gone now:smile (2):
Also I was getting 11mpg around town and 14 hwy. I'm hoping that will go up to 15 around town and 23 hwy we will see.
Also changed cabin air filter with carbon activated filter and engine air filter.
