What color are the sport/silver infiniti roof rails?

i have black rails and want to have them painted to the silver rails on the sport fx cause itll be cheaper than going to infiniti and buy the stock silver painted colored rails from them. i need to know exactly what color it is (is it just plain silver?). btw should i take it to a mechanic shop to remove the rails for me because i dont know how to do it
 
Its a brushed aluminum. Removing the rails is a LOT of work and to do it properly the headliner has to be removed as well. Most who had the rails and wanted the railess look have removed the rails by cutting the bolts and covering the holes.
 
think he means removal for painting, then reinstalling. that's not so hard. the 4 end caps pop off & a few screws under each cap & the rack is off.
