What are you using for BT capabilities

It's on an 06 without Nav or satellite, but it does have a knob that says cat. She wants the ability to either use BT to stream her audio or add an aux connection so she can plug it in. No Ipod integration necessary as we don't use I stuff.

Are the only 2 options Mediabridge and Gromm? Neither one seems to be reliable from the threads that I have been reading. Is there anything that I can do to make them more solid options?
