Greetings from the northwest corner of Massachusetts. I am an auto enthusiast that loves car that handle and are fun to drive. My car portfolio has included several BMW (2002Tii, E30 325iX, E30 M3), Mercedes Benz (300E 2.8 & E350 4Matic Estate) and Subaru (WRX, Spec B, WRX Sti) motor vehicles. After liquidating a few cars, I have settled on my recently purchased 2016 Infiniti QX70s CPO that joins a 2008 E90 BMW M3 Sedan in my garage. I purchased the QX70s because it handles like no other SUV I have driven and my wife owned an FX35 several years back. Great build quality, seats that keep you where you are supposed to be, flat cornering and a robust, race proven 3.7 engine were the top selling points. For 17 years I was an HPDE Instructor with Northeast Region Audi Quattro Club at Lime Rock Park (CT) and Watkins Glen International (NY). I retired from a 28 year career in law enforcement and am currently a SCCA Flag & Communications corner worker and work when I can. I also am a licensed diesel locomotive engineer for Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum and work most weekends driving trains. I also enjoy English and French Bulldogs, ham radio (NI1V), researching history and watching IMSA, Indycar, Blancpain GT, Australian Supercars, WEC and several other forms of road racing. I look forward drawing on the collective knowledge of the members who know Infiniti's inside and outside, top to bottom. I have found owner/enthusiast car forums to be one of the best knowledge pools around. Being new to the Infiniti brand, this looks like the best place to be.
