gorgeous, i'm going for the same look to very soon with the blacked out chrome trim pieces. did you paint the wheels yourself? i'm thinking about getting mine powdercoated in gloss black.

berto had allready painted them but i repainted them with a satin finish instead of the ultraflat(?) that they were... at first i was very skeptical about the blacked out emblem but as always... it grew on me... makes the car seem more urban assault than beverly hills grocery...
again... anyone know how to paint black chrome...

I don't think there's any black chrome paint you can just spray on but there should be a black chrome clear coat.. I believe for a real black chrome you'll need to electroplate chrome and black paint onto your wheels.. A couple of pages I came up googling for the paint version:

I guess if you're looking for a black chrome like paint, the search word would be "hyper black"

its not for my wheels... its for the doorhandles and the rear chrome around the license plate... i want it to look like hematite... ill check out those links..tanx

Does the right side not light up because of inverter or have you not done testing on them?

checked the left one... forgot to check the right one... and i ran outta sunlight to put the car back together... then all the epoxy fell off... plus theres some things i want to change so ill just be doing a third set of headlights and hopefully these are perfect
