WeaponR Dragon Intake Systems

Chuck it is doc's intake & it is a weapon r it doesn't come with k&n filter. but I'm sure k&n will fit in to the stock box, at lest the front part.

Yes, a K&N cone filter will fit in the front part of the stock airbox on my 45 but I do not know for sure if it will also fit on a 35. But I know in the past other 35 members have used a smaller k&n reverse cone filter to fit into the stock airbox.

Hmmm, that's interesting. Do you mean that the 45 airbox is bigger than the one on the 35? Do you know if they have the same mounting points?
I know for sure that the K&N velocity stack and cone filter that comes with the Stillen CAI will not fit in the 35 box. It's really not even close enough to modify IMO.
Thanks for the info Doc!

I ordered the weapon r and i was wondering what would be best to let it open (for better sound) or closing it.

P.S. i live in Puerto rico and the temp. is around 85-95 almost everyday and we get rain every two days.

which one you bought?

I highly doubt the 45 air box will fit in a 35. But like I said in the past I have seen a 35 owner fit a small k&n reverse cone filter into the stock 35 airbox with the front and rear sections so it was a closed box. And I believe he did use a aftermarket intake tube though.
