Water in drivers side floor mat

Hello,

I have searched numerous resources here and on youtube about draining sunroof clog because i kept finding my floors so wet. drivers side front and back seat. i just bought the car and i hope this doesn't become a nightmare.

when i test pouring water though the sunroof drain on the drivers side it flows out as expected. but the passengers side was a bit hesitant. i was able to sit with a mechanic today to flush out the passengers side pipe and valve and that seems fine now.

The drivers side has been a totally different task. it has been so difficult to get to the pipe end behind the AC vent at the driver side. Anyone with a guide to access the valve that goes to the car frame on the drivers side?

it hasn't been raining here. only source of water would be from getting car washed.

Is there any other common entry point for water on the drivers side?

the passengers side is pretty dry.

im so worried and not sure what to do next.

6 hours later, we managed to get the drivers side out and cleared the clog. It was really bad. Should’ve taken photos to share.
Now I’d air the car and wait for it to dry and hope there’s no more water coming in.
I’d keep this thread updated.

i'd monitor it for the next few days and hope the wet floor problem is solved completely.
