Wash engine bay last week, now 3 check engine lights...

I change oil last week, wash the engine bay.
Then this week, weird issues like car stopping. Emergency lights came on randomly, wipers did as well.
Now 3 check engine code pop up, p0500, u0164, p0463.

I test the alternator and battery, was fine at Advance. Thoughts? Did i introduce some electrical gremlin?
 
If everything was fine before, you definitely got water in an area that shouldn't get wet. I suggest that you disconnect the battery, take all the engine covers off,and leave the car in the sun with the hood open for a couple of days. Also check the carpet in the passenger footwell to see if it is wet. If it is,keep the windows down and try to get things dry. Reconnect the battery after a few days. Hopefully nothing has been fried.
