All depends on the mods. If the a modified part caused the problem than the warranty would not cover it. But I can't think of any mods that would void the bumper to bumper warranty.
A good start would be to simply ask the dealership...my local Infiniti dealership installs exhausts, intakes, and springs and said those will not void warranty.
