Wanting to get an FX or EX

Hi all I am in the market for either a FX or an EX. I currently just have a 09 Civic Si but my wife is due in a couply months so I want to get her an SUV.
 
My vote would be FX - it's a little bigger than the EX, which would be good if you decide to have more than one kid in the future!
 
If possible go to a dealer and compare the two side by side, the FX definitely has the kid friendly advantage with regards to storage and the higher roof line for loading and unloading little ones. I have one car seats in mine most of the time (two on occasion) and they fit perfectly.

I looked at an EX for my wife, lower floor so easy for her to enter and lower rear hatch so easy for her to put stuff in.

My FX is lowered so sort of compensates but it is much easier for her to us a EX.

EX has almost no storage room if you don't fold the seats. In the end, it was down to a BMW 325XI and an Infiniti EX35 (she didn't want two FX's in the garage). We ended up with the BMW because it had more usable trunk space (we tested it out with the stroller).

EX's I think are still expensive, even used. Used FX's are a steal now.
