I agree with Denis. In fact I would be very surprised if I applied my parking brake at speed and it didn't vibrate. Your parking brake isn't set up for that kind of braking.

When you are driving at speed and apply light pressure to your brakes does the vibration come mostly through the steering wheel or through the pedals themselves? If it is not coming through the steering wheel then you likely need your rear discs machined or replaced. If it does come through the steering wheel then your front rotors likely need to be machined or replaced.

I hope the OP gets the parking brakes checked after replacing the rotors and pads; the parking brakes could have been screwed as well with that test lol

and that’ll be very expensive. Just the rear parking brake pieces are almost $1000. That excludes cables, labor, etc
