Something new: it vibrates also when I brake with the foot brake (manual), which, if I am not mistaken, is on the rear wheels, which pushes the front discs apart, the rear discs have already been changed as a preventive measure. it would therefore be more of a transmission problem. What do you think ?
 
how many KMs on the front rotors/pads? And did you bed them properly when you got it?
 
Buddy. You're LONG overdue for new rotors and pads. There's nothing else to it about vibration.
 
perhaps it is drive (prop) shaft, because it appear when i brabe with foot brake and rear rotors are new

Man, youre really funny :LOL::LOL::LOL:, you complain about vibrations when braking, youre front rotors are at 100000km and have all kinds of uneven wear marks on them, front pads are at 85000km, everybody knows the fronts do 70-80% of the actual braking. The first thing anyone in youre situation would do is replace front rotors + pads. I can't imagine Infiniti not advising to do this first??? (I sure can see them advising a new gearbox $$$$$$$$$ :LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:)

Do yourself a favor and renew front rotors + pads;)
 
A lot of modern vehicles apply the rear brakes first to prevent nose-dive. That’s why rear pads often need replacement before the front pads.

But, as other have stated it sounds like your front rotors are warped. I had the same problem. Vibration when braking at 60+ MPH. New front rotors = no more vibration.
 
ozzie,vu avec mon garagiste ce matin : jeu anormalement important sur le palier d'appui central de l'arbre de transmission. Pour info, ça vibre en activant uniquement le frein arrière, donc j'ai un doute que ce soit les disques avant, comme tu dis. et les disques arrière sont neufs.

Ok, how do you know it only happens when the rear brakes are activated?? you can't drive around and then all of a sudden brake without the front brakes being activated :tdown:
 
He is saying that he is using the emergency (parking) brake only and it still vibrates. Which in itself is not a great idea.
 
ozzie, but yes, the parking brake is on the left foot and acts only on the small special rear jaws. obviously you should not insist too much, as soon as you realize that the vibration is strictly the same as with the main brakes, you must stop. the parking brake has its special jaws which have nothing to do with the discs. is there something you don't understand?
 
originals front pads have been changes "at" 85000 kms, it seam i have putted news at 85000 kms!
and front disks have no problems on surfaces.no marks, its a miror.
 
it was a test, i only did it once, and it exonerates the front rotors well, right?, that's enough i think

Oh yeah, I get it NOW, when you say "foot brake" you actually man the parking brake! here's me thinking "what the hell is he on about?", of course you put your foot on the brake! what else would you use? your head:eek::eek:?

My bad on the uneven worn rotors, I saw a picture of bad rotors on a different thread you responded to and thought they were yours........... turns out they were from the OP :whistle:

Wow, this thread is turning into a real thriller :sleep::sleep:, it seems like you've narrowed it down to something connected to the parking brakes :tdown:??? Sorry, can't help you there.... waaaay over my head. Good luck and let us know how it worked out!
 
Perhaps my knowledge isn't as good as I though, but I fail to see how a transmission or driveshaft can be identified as a problem simply by braking. If either were an issue, the vibration would be there under acceleration and engine downshifting. Try downshifting using the sport mode without toughing the brakes.
