Hee people,

For a while i notice some vibration in my wheels.
It happens when the car has been standing still overnight (or longer) and i want to use it next day it starts.
Maybe the first mile i drive i can feel this, and after it just disapears.
Can it be that te part of the tire that had been touching the ground became "flat" and causing this? That it will go away after the tires had a small massage?
Wheel bearings are still ok, because the car just had a yearly technical inspection and with that the check the bearing play.
Im driving on the 20'' stock rims with Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres.

Anybody here has/had the same or has an idea what's causing this?

Greetz.

Flatspotting.....never heard of it! :confused.:
I just read that link and now i also understand why it feels worse the last couple of day's....since the weather became warmer and makes the situation worse.
Now night time here around 14 degree Celsius and during the day up to 28 degree celsius.

But nothing serious to worry about i hope?
I just went to check my tire pressure, the were around 200 KPa so i charged the front ones up to 250 KPa and the back at 230 KPa.
It says on the tires the max is 340 KPa, on the car it says 220 KPa for the front and the back on 265/60/20 size but i am driving 275/45/20.
Are these pressures ok or am i too low/high?

Not exactly. I tend to fill up to 35psi for American tires like Nittos for summer use. in the Winter I go with about 30~32psi.

I believe the pressure are relative to your load not the size of your tire, don't know if that's correct. You only measure the tire when with loads (tires mounted on the car and on the ground).
