Vibration in wheels, especially when turning right.

I have had this '05 Fx35 for a few years now (now has 135K mileage) and a vibration problem arose a few thousand miles ago that I assumed was due to old tires. I went into the shop to get the tires checked out and to price new ones. When I was in, they lifted the car onto the alignment machine and noticed that my ball joints were totally shot. I decided to have that problem fixed before I spent money on new tires, which made a significant difference when it came to steering play.

I had them rotate the tires just to get me by until I had new ones installed, and the vibration was still there. Today, I had the new tires installed and balanced, no alignment, same size as the last ones, and everything suspension and wheel related is stock. The vibration continued with new tires. It gets worse when I turn the wheel right and really smooths out when I turn the wheel left, and when the wheel is straight, there is a light vibration. (starts at 10mph and gets worse as speed increases)

I looked at the thread related to tightening the power steering bolt and went through those steps, which didn't really make it better or worse. The vehicle drives straight and doesn't seem to veer to the left or right, which I usually associate with an alignment problem. Could this vibration be due to improper alignment, or is there some other component that could be causing the problem? Any brainstorming or past experience would be much appreciated!

P.S. I was told that it could be a wheel bearing?

Thanks,

Taylor C
