Vanity mirror bulb type?

The links to the LED supplier in an earlier post are dead. Does anyone know what type of bulb is in there? Went to the Sylvania lighting site too, they don't show that lamp for the 09 FX.

I believe it is a Fuse Type, 6614F bulb

Very simple to replace. The lamps were so bright though that I had to aim the LED ip so it does not blind you when using the mirror.
