Uused tires with different tread depths

So I have a set of wheels I was thinking of mounting on my FX. Tires will have to be staggered, 295/45/20 and 265/50/20. My friend has tires he can give me but they used and fronts are at 6/32 and rears are at 9/32. Rear tires are Falken ziex s/tz 04 and fronts are Yokohama Parada
Can I mount these on the wheels and have no problems? I know the sizes will work, same rotating diameter and all, but the tread depth is different so I am unsure. Any input would be appreciated
 
They will work. When I ran staggered wheels, I replaced the fronts and rears at different time so the tread depths were very different. At one point, my rears were pretty much gone and the fronts were at almost full tread.
