On my 2009 FX35 decided I paint calipers and red wasn’t an option for the Midnight Mocha color so went with silver. Then upgraded Fog light bezel with aftermarket chrome bezels $88. Nothing went right !
I Painted the calipers but only one wheel has caliper decal since lettering kept sticking to the decal so I had to order more. Tried installing fog light bezel myself and after a full day trying I broke back of fog light pushing it desperately trying to remove that bezel so had to order two fog lights. End up hiring a body shop to do job. But before taking it, I top off the radiator due to new radiator week ago. Picked car up with new bezel and lights completed $75 from body shop then later last night car blowing coolant , eng light came on and went in limp mode and had to tow back to body shop. I Left message “ what did you guys do to my car !! Only this morning to find out someone didn’t tighten rad cap down all the way. ME! So I finally got car back this eve and if you do this upgrade just know you got to remove bumper for the light bezel install and if you half azz screw on your radiator cap , you will need a tow while your wife screaming in your ear cause ya stranded.
