UPDATE Navigation DVD

Does anyone know if there is a new 2011/2012 dvd navigatoin update available online for download?

My Navi is so outdated, and is always giving me wrong directions...so frustrating!
Also if anyone has the dvd, I would be willing to pay for it.....
