I have a problem with ICC which stops working after about 10-20km running. I noticed that it is a drop of voltage to 11,5-12.5V after about 10-20mins of driving (when started the car is 14.4V and after drops and ICC stops working. The only fault is abnormal battery voltage. I change the battery and the alternator and the same problem still occurs. Somebody with something like this?

Voltage drops are caused by high resistance in electrical connections caused by loose connection or corrosion/oxidation.

I'd say locating/scrubbing/treating all of your ground points is the best first step. Don't forget your ECM's main ground point located right beside the ECM. In my 05 FX45 the ECM ground point is hidden behind a bracket that supports some module. I pushed it out of the way and cleaned my ECM ground. Surprisingly, the contacts had corroded slightly.

I coat all of my contacts that I touch with DeOxit, the best contact cleaner/protectant on the market.

After I cleaned my ECM ground my left headlamp started working again? Coincidence? Connected? Who knows.

The same issue after all grounds checked. When the car is hot the voltage drops...

Yes I saw it but I do not have this light on my dashboard. I try to switch cruise control manually and it also shows stops working when icc stops working.
This is probably gonna sound silly but I recommend spraying all the plugs in the system with DeoxIT.

Your ECM is trying to shake hands with all your modules at the same time, and if the return signal is not just right the ECM will flag it and pop a code.

DeoxIT has solved so many of my problems that I've lost count.

Copper contacts corrode over time and degrade signal strength. I used to work on fighter jets in the Navy. All electrical contacts were gold-plated. Gold does not corrode. All electrical issues on those jets were due to a bent contact pin unable to mate, or a broken wire. Never a corroded contact.

Copper contacts work beautifully but require yearly maintenance.

One more: the most effective way to resolve contact issues is to first clean the contacts with brake cleaner and then treat with DeoxIT. This is the hardcore method.

I just can't leave well enough alone. I've decided to go through all my ground points yet again but this time load all bolt threads and terminals with my new copper anti-seize.
