Unknown button and armrest stuck

What is the left button for? An orange light will illuminate.

And the top cover of the armrest won't open!
I can push the chrome push button.
Someone a solution?

That left button is aftermarket, so there is no real way to tell you what it goes to. Are there any extra lights or aftermarket features on your car? You can always take the panel off and trace the wires to see where they lead.

I found it.
It is the control of the rear fog lamp.
