TUSTIN INFINITI IS A PIECE OF S***!!!!

man im really pissed off at tustin right now and never going back there
there service is below 1 star i mean if i could i would rate them -10000000
they f*cken driving me nuts
the service person named TOM is throwing me attitutdes and what not of my car

alright here is the story
so you guys already heard my post i had my car there for almost a 2 weeks now
so i called him again today cause he said my window is going to be here and i should have my car out today around 3-5 p.m.
so i called him and i asked him when i can get my car and he said ohha bout 6 or 7
when i heard that i was furious
i asked him why is it taking so long for a god damn window replacement
then he said cause there is a customer ahead of me
so i yelled and screamed at him telling him that there was no way that customer has had his/her car in there for 2 effing weeks
and i also sayed taht my car should have had priority cause it was in there for 2 weeks
and he was like i cant promise you a time and blah blah blah
so i told him why he told me 3-5 when i have to wait till 6 or 7
and then he throws a attitude and told me to calm down and all this not and said that ill get my car when its done
i asked him what time
he said when it is done

AHHHHHHH

the bottom line is DONT GO THERE
if you do go there i hope its to bitch at them cause THEY SUCK

You should write a letter to their corporate offices, you will be surprised how things get done when they get a call from the head office. That is BS to wait that long for a window, and then having to wait all day....thats BS for sure.
 
If you haven't already, inspect your ride carefully. Possible they could have inflicted some damage to your FX and call you to pick it up when its dark out. Ive been through it with Cerritos Infiniti.......those bastards.:mad:

I've dealt with Cerritos Infiniti when I tried to purchase my car. Their sales guys were deceptive and shady. I'm not surprise to see that their service is shady as well...
 
As much as I dislike Tustin Infiniti.......I agree with everyone, cursing gets ya no where. But I agree with ya Dopie - they"re stupid over there. I shopped there for my car, and they wanted $800+ a month for a FX35 - I said thank you for your time and got my car at Costa mesa.....same amount of down and same car for a lot lot less.

It goes way back to when I was first looking for a new FX35. They are the closest dealership to me so I kept wanting to give them a chance.
I need to write a review on Cerritos Infiniti just to warn others about there blatant lack of customer service and shadiness.:mad:

Ive emailed METRO-CHERYL and have gotten very quick and very detailed responses.
