Hey everyone my fx35 2004 is not sucking in the trunk gate and some times it gets stock and wont open. Any suggestions.

I had the same issue before. I replaced the lock motor and it fixed my problems. Part Number: 90554AQ000 and it ran me about $70 online.
I had the Same Issue,
Make the sure the right front passenger door open correctly, i was like "I cant Pay for it right now
" then I remembered that the problem started right after the passenger door lock wasnt opening correctly so I took out all the door cover and the motor was working fine but the cable that pull the lock wasn't moving forward/backward, so I relocated to its position and Problem Solved!

Yes for some reason if front right passenger lock is not opening my rear won't open until I reach over and manually open the lock then the rear will unlock. My lock issues are worse when it's hot out.
