Trouble starting FX35

I have a 2007 FX35. at least once a week I have problems starting my car. It makes a clicking sound and after maybe 4 attempts it starts up. I have taken it to the dealer at least 5 tiems and they can't seem to find anything and probably thinks I'm crazy by now. It's drving me nuts.

If it makes a clicking sound, that's a good sign. but I'm sure you need a new battery. Yeah i know it's a 07. but I'm sure you need a new battery. Go to Autozone i love their batteries

If the dealer can't reproduce it at the dealership then I suggest you video tape what is happening at home and show them. If you have taken it to the dealership 5 times and they could not find the problem then document it as evidence of what is happening. It might be a simple thing as a bad battery or something more involved and in either case you will have something to show the dealer.

It sounds like either the Battery or the Starter. Make sure your battery conections are clean and tight first. Then have the battery load tested.If that isn't it have the starter checked.Starters can have flat spots that would also cause the problem to be intermittant.
