Transmission Problems

Hey guys! Long time OG lol
My '06 now has 320K+ miles and the transmission has been giving me issues.

For a while the transmission stays in 4th gear and will never get to 5th, sometimes it even stays in 3rd which is horrible as I do a lot of highway driving.
When trying use the manumatic feature, the screen just shows "D," it doesn't change and the manumatic doesn't engage.
I've noticed the needles of my tachometer and speedometer jump and are erratic.
I've also noticed the ABS and BRAKE icons flash quickly/erratic sometimes when driving.

I used my comprehensive code reader to give me the codes to narrow what could be going on... Ended up with a lot of codes.

I'm thinking of replacing the transmission speed sensor within the pan, then solenoid, then VB, then unfortunately transmission?
If the solenoid is recommended, does anyone know the part number for it? 2006 FX35.

Go over ALL your grounds 1st and add a ground to the tranny and if that doesn't work, then start dropping hundie$.
Prior to the shift kit, I cleaned up all the grounds and added a batt to throttle body, chassis to t..b. and then t.b. to transmission and it did create a cleaner shift.
After doing a quick search, looks like reman'd parts is it? Let us know if you find out differently.

I’ve seen the grounding kits for our cars by stillen, but do you know where the ground location points are for our car?

All the grounds in the engine bay are easy to find. Don't forget the one in the battery compartment. There's one at the muffler and several under the dash. The one's outside of the cabin are most likely the issue IF this is the issue.
If you're asking about added grounding points, the transmission would be an important one. I know there's plenty on this site about added grounds and what I did is written above.
