Yes, cluck from 2nd to 3rd was commonon my 2008 since new. I have 75Kmiles now an
d the shifts are smoother also a slight whinning noise at 2000 rpm

I've experienced a slight whine at 2k rpm's and the lag 2/3 shift...Not sure if its Trans/transfer or diffs. Im going to be changing the fluids shortly, so we'll see if it goes away.
