So this has happened 3 times now and only while driving aggressively.
Twice while manually shifting and a couple of days ago in auto.
The digital indicator screen went blank and check engine light came on, and the trans was stuck in high gear.
The remedy each time was to pull over and shut car off for at least 10 minutes.
When I got home I pulled ob codes 1000 and 1001. (Communication error with ECM)
I found a service bulletin ITB06-004a, says to check and clean all ground connections.
Guess that will be tomorrow's project.
