I searched the forum a bit to find information on towing with a 2011 FX35 RWD, but came upon some dead links and didn't really find what I was looking for.
Anyways, I have a 2011 FX35 RWD, all stock, and wanted to know what the towing capacity is on it. I won't be doing to much towing with it, just maybe a few camping trips which I would want to tow our pop up tent trailer (about 3100 pounds)
Would towing this much weight hurt the tranny or engine? What could I do to increase its towing capacity?
Also, would someone be able to recommend a good tow hitch for the FX?
