Hi all, Been trying to find out if i can change my monitor with the ugly remote for the touch screen version..03 to 05 i believe came with the remote....Would i need to get s complete new monitor and are the 06 to 08 monitors the same size...Any suggestions would be great..Hate that remote to set the GPS...tks

Maybe remote and touchscreen was used as the wrong descriptions. Do you dislike the joystick (03-05) and want the 4-way key pad (06-08)?

I'm not sure if you dislike the screen itself or the whole console control panel. Search for a thread with "double din" in the title and you'll see how others have relocated the screen down below. This is just to make space for a new radio receiver though.
You may be out of luck if you're looking for a whole new unit with touchscreen controls to also control the temperature/climate and other features and settings in the dash computer.
