Today is a good day! I had my HKS exhaust, Stillen strut bar, H&R springs and LMS air intake installed today:biggrin:. The 22" rims come in on Monday so stay tuned for the pics. I have to say that the HKS sound incredible and it's not even broken in yet never mind the new power it sends off plus it looks like it sounds:cool:... You can hear the LMS from the drivers seat suckin in the air when you hit the gas:biggrin:. And the corners:eek:.... hittin the corners/winding roads is too much fun with the springs and strut bar.

I have to thank everyone on the forum for their input...

Can't wait to see the pics... and post some sound clips of your HKS exhaust on the FX45 Performance section..

I bet it feels like a whole brand new car.. Enjoy your new ride...

I'll have pics and try to do the sound clip by at least Tuesday. I want to break in the exhaust first. And hell yeah it's a new car.... Lots of power and more heads turn when I pass.
 
Man...

I am off to see the Angels battle the Red Sox tonight.. Not much good pitching from the Red Sox these past 2 games.

I think I feel a Sweep is going to happen tonight...

Man, do I. I might get the mid pipe too, but waiting to see what it sounds like when broken in. Don't want to be too loud.

I promise to post pics when the shoes come in. I tried to be a little different with the twenty-twos even though it's hard to be but they should be in by Monday.

I bought the mid-pipe, haven't installed it yet. It's loud enough as you mentioned, but what the heck, I went ahead and got it. I was going to do a cheaper route (just cut out the resonator and put a straight pipe), but I really didn't want to cut up anything. Coming for a V6 QX4, the V8 is pure music.

I got an unreal deal - $213.40+$29.60 (shipping)=$243.00. I spent hours searching the web and found this reputable dealer Caliente Automotive:

Mention my name (Ed), and see if he can give you an even bigger discount since I already bought one (doesn't hurt to try). They have top notch customer service, I couldn't be more happy with the transaction. Note that the UPS shipping calculator is off, it said $15 for shipping or something low like that and they called me back and said it was going to be more and had to adjust my bill. The box is HUGE so $29.60 for shipping is totally reasonable.

I tried mynismo.com and West Covina Nissan, but they all were charging around $260+ shipped and couldn't price match Caliente's low price.

Did I just convince you to buy the mid-pipe?=)
