Tires (265/50-20) Proxes II Vs Prada X

Size question

Ready to pull the trigger on some replacements for my stock FX35 20" rims. Pretty much sold on the Hankook Ventus ST RH06, but trying to decide between the:

• 265/50/20
• or 275/45/20 for ~$20 less per tire (save ~$80 on the set)

Any reason not to go with the 275/45's? I understand they are a bit wider, which may save my rims further carnage from the wife on curbs.

No reason, save $80 and get the 275's

Just two reasons, both of which are offset by the $ savings IMO:

-Lower profile, does not "fill" the wheel opening as well as the stock size
-Speedometer will over read the speed
