Absolutely 100% positive.

All MY08 have it. But I can't speak for the other model years as I don't know. It was one of the features that helped sell me on the FX.
 
MY07 has it too apparently.

Both versions (FX35 and FX45) get a standard five-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission with manual shift mode and Infiniti's Downshift Rev Matching system.
