Tie rod bushing?

This bushing looks busted and I've been having some front end noise. Is this the tie rod bushing? A couple other bushings don't look so sporty. Should I replace several/all. I have 178,000 miles

After more search I think that is the tie rod end that I will have to replace that has the ball joint? I'm not really sure. The ones I see just say 03-05. Does it matter if its driver/passenger side? I don't see that option when looking to buy one

What kind of noise you been hearing? My understanding is that bad tie rods mainly cause vibration when cruising far more than any noise, or you mean noise while turning the steering wheel?. just make sure you diagnose the issue so you put the money in the right parts.
I purchased once two tie rods and yes the passenger side was different than the driver side, they are mirror image of each other if you know what I mean.

I found hem for $25 each so I'm replacing both sides. It vibrates at speed and makes noises while turning. Either way that one looks busted so I'm replacing it.

I replaced both tie rods today. Every went smoothly with the DIY I found on here
however now I had the vdc and clip light both come on and stay on?

Sounds like you need alignment because the rods are set at different length. Did you carefully count how many turns you need to loosen the old one and carefully tighten in with the same number of turns when installing the new ones? Anyhow, I'm pretty certain, the alignment will correct your problem.

Cool thanks for the help. Yes I counted the number of turns. It was 14 on drivers side and 16 on passenger side? I assumed they would be the same? But that is how much they were turned. Pretty easy job. I was pleasantly surprised

Although not always/necessarily relevant/related, I learned the hard way to always disconnect the negative terminal from the battery before touching anything in this damn car. Just in cases like these.
