Thinking about the Cosworth intake manifold for the VQ35DE. My engine is the VQ35HR?

No.

The HR in a dual throttle body design. The only manifold option is the MREV2 from motordyne.

I don't think the MREV2 works on the HR. It's a DE lower plenum modified slightly to work with the Rev up cars. Those were the '05+Z and '06+G (manuals). The only HR manifold they make is for the G37/370Z. And it's only a VQ35HR manifold (ie the one OP already has) with modified bolt holes to fit the 37. Apparently the 37 has a different manifold design so using the 35HR manifold results in better top end power. But it would do nothing for the 35HR.

And OP, as meme said, the Cosworth will not fit. The HR and DE are very different motors.

But check this out

Guys are modifying GTR manifold for the VQ37, but since the lower part is basically the same as the VQ35HR, it should work. HR throttle bodies bolt up. Caveat is that it's expensive and not really worth it unless you're boosted, but it's pretty. If you were looking at a Cosworth for $1K+, I supposed $2K isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Sorry, it was late at night. Shadow is correct the MREV2 has nothing to do with HR motors.

The part I was thinking of was the M370 from Motordyne. And futhur research shows that this part was only for VQ37's not 35's. The m370 is apparently just a redrilled manifold off of the VQ35HR motor. So it would be like swapping your manifold for the exact same piece.

At this point, not really. A bunch of the stuff for the DE was created due to a design flaw in the DE that doesn't exist with the HR as well.

I'm actually still bouncing back and forth between getting the 2008 or 2009 FX35.
