I can't wait to see the 3rd gen FX. Unless they go further in the direction of the 2nd gen FX with the styling, that will be my next upgrade. If the bring us a diesel I may just overlook the exterior altogether.

I don't post much on here, but this is my vehicle timeline...
1st car....1998 Nissan Maxima
2nd car.... 05 Acura TL with Type-S conversion
3rd car...08 Infiniti G37S
And lastly...traded in the G37S (so horrible in snow) for the 07 FX35

I traded in our trusty A4 today...
For another trusty A4!
We had planned on an S4 but after test driving a few in the last several months my wife decided that the suspension was a bit too harsh for her liking, so we went with an A4 1.8T Quattro and agreed on a turbo upgrade in the near future. The goal being around 250-300awhp. Can't go too crazy as it's my wife's DD... It was bone stock when I drove it home today, but after 15min in the driveway the air box was gutted, and the K&N drop-in filter + Audi TT diverter valve were installed.

Pre FX: 1986 Nissan 300ZX N/A coupe. Wish I could find photos but I think they are all gone (died in a hard drive crash). Very clean, burgundy metallic.

I totally would have but the sedan was FWD and the offsets were different. :sad:

Indeed. The A3 and A4 have had FWD (Fronttrack) iterations in the past. If memory serves, the only A3 that is AWD is the 3.2L S-Line trim level, and the only A4 that isn't AWD is the CVT equipped sedan.
