Tear in seat?

If you get no where with the dealer, contact Infiniti corporate. They may be able to help you out especially since the car is so new. If you've had other Infinitis mention that. If this is your first, mention that and the fact you had heard good things about them at work but am now inclined to not recommend them.

Dealers won't care because of the possibility they may be stuck with the bill if the manufacturer rejects the claim.
