Team OutCast Recruiting

cool, looks like you guys have a large membership. What would you say the average age of your members are?
Since FX owners range from 18-50+ lol
///3924

(i fall into the 36-40 age group )

We have a few that are under 21...very few. Most of the people are in the 21-25 range. We have several members that are older and I we even have more 30-40 than we do under 21. I think there are about 7 people between 30-40.

Age really doesn't set anyone apart...except for the under 21 fellas. When we go clubbing, we try to accomodate sometimes, but other times it's unfortunate but they can't join..it's not like we go clubbing all the time so they can't participate, so it's not really that big of a deal.

sorry, socal only for now.

Usually recruit threads will be deleted after a bit, we just want to make the announcement that we're recruiting and once the word is out we can delete the thread.

Again this is only for peope whom are serious, and if anyone has any negative comments please keep it your self, thanks. Not saying anyone did, just pointing that out.

nah I know I was joking haha...... if you guys were in NY I would be serious. But, you're not...so yeah.

Man, somebody's coming up in here and making all kinds of rules. :err:

haha aint nobody trying to make any rules, I'm just pointing out a point that's it, trust me I been there and done that, delt with real drama and controversy on forums, last thing is I need any problems with anyone over something small, again this is only a recruitment thread, if you're not interested then your not. Any questions asked, I kept it real and answered it with even more information needed. Just trying to touch bases.

Its the way it needs to be done so it doesnt get flooded with bs

Correct, it's as simple as that.

Either way, thread will be deleted.

I have no problems ever with anyone saying im trying to set rules or whatever, who am i? I never even made a recruit thread before, this is the 1st time on any website, other sites i just make a post.

Either way thanks again for your interest.

I got your APP dopie and staff is looking it over. Thank you!

You just need to realize this is alot smaller of a forum than the Z/G ones, and people here mostly won't give you crap about stuff. If there are any issues that arise, the mods will take care of it.

+1

Plus we have an "older" and more "mature" crowd... So I was like.. :err: at this post because it's so out of the norm..

Team OutCast ignores race, color, creed, religion, and economic background to focus on what's really important
Sorry I'm just a bit confused here... how come you say that none of these are important yet it's included in your application? You mention that, as a team, you all collectively ignore race, color, creed, religion, and economic background, but then go on to ask how much money you make a year? Also, where does educational background fit into requirements of a car club? You must have a high school diploma to join?

Sorry, I am interested in joining a car club like this, but obviously I'm not in the area nor do I own an Infiniti any more (although I miss the FX enough to possibly get another one :shy:)

guys guys guys

he was just here to open his invitation on inviting us SOCAL members that there team is open for people to join.

people who like to go to meets alot and contributing to team associated events should join. he isnt here to do anything else but to grab some people who would like to join a team.

so no need to give him a hard time guys

Everybody has standards, yes we have standards, it is what it is. This car club can't hold any broke people, or any body that goes " I dont Have Money " when it comes down to certain things, basically if you're in a financial issue you don't need to be on a Team, if you're on a Team and get into financial issue, then we will understand. Trust me, ANY QUESTIONS we ask, we had issues with it before that's why we ask it. Income and degree was never there before. As for degree, simple, we don't like dummies. Of course not having a degree doesn't mean your dumb, but it doesn't hurt to ask for your level of education. 6/10 members on my Team have a Bachelors degree in something and most of my staff are all edcuated, again we look for certain criteria just like certain jobs look for certain standards, it just is what it is, if it's not your taste you don't apply just like any other job appication. Basically we want a member to be in college, have a degree, or ensuing a serious career, not a member thats just slacking around or a young kid that doesn't know what he has to do.

Example? We had this 1 kid on our team, he was lazy, he refused to look for a job, layed around the house and ate off his mother, didn't want to go school and thought it was stupid, never had any money. We actually payed for him on many things, and he just ended up being a hold back and a burden on our shoulers. Ended up not having a passion to fix up his car, anything he said he will do he was bullshittin, basically this kid is a low class scum, how did we pick an idiot like this up? Why did we find out after he joined, where was our mistakes, Let's not do this again, so we add questions to our applications which will help us decide the correct person. And long story short, we're not a laid back regular kick it car team, we're out there, we travel to go to car shows, we one of those hardcore car teams that you see at hot import nights, extreme auto fest, spocom etc etc (we were all there this previous years).

Like me? My specialty is I like to compete, I supe up my car, and put it in shows and battle it off with other Infinitis, this is my hobby, bringing home a trophy for your deeds is an amazing feeling. Here's a good statement, "My Idol is Viet with the FX, seeing him do what he does has inspire me to do what I do now" and not only him, his WHOLE TEAM. Ever since I was 12 years old I wished I had a suped up car and put it in HIN etc, and now I'm just persuing my dream.
