taking apart headlight help

i read the diy. took off all the lights and wires. but there is a yellow wire wit ha spade connector and two red wires that hooked up to a clip still attached to a component. How d oi take that component out or the wires? do i just leave them in when i bake it? ALso what bout the light gray component? I can twist it off but i cant get it off. its connected inside by this blue plastic part

Can you provide pictures? I'm vaguely aware of how the headlight components work and look like from handling them, but a picture would help you get more replies.

As I remember, there is one wire that you can't take off. No problem with braking with it on. I have brake three sets of head lights without any parts melted.:smile (2):
Just make sure once the oven reach 300 degree (that's the setting I been using). TURN OFF the oven and then stick the head lights in. Have fun!
 
I took out as much as I could and baked the rest. There was quite a few components in there left so no worries. I baked at 400.
